Urbincasa says its Mala Kai Resort development in Estepona is ready for occupation, with six of its 70 homes still available. The developer advertises the remaining properties from €725,000.
The homes are in three formats: ground-floor properties with gardens, first-floor apartments and penthouses with solariums. All have large terraces, plus a parking space in the basement and a storage room.
Urbincasa says the design is oriented to make use of Mediterranean daylight, and that some homes have sea views. The properties include glazing and exterior fittings intended to provide thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as an aerothermal system for heating and cooling.
Shared facilities include gardens, a swimming pool with submerged loungers, changing rooms and outdoor sun loungers. Residents also have access to a gym, a yoga area, a reading zone, a chill-out space and a communal room for gatherings and events, according to the development information.
The complex is equipped with access control and CCTV, the developer says. It also lists smart mailboxes among the home features. The storage rooms may be useful for residents keeping equipment such as bicycles or diving gear, although the material does not specify whether any facilities or services carry additional charges.
Urbincasa describes the location as connected to the A-7 and close to the AP-7 toll motorway. It says services including golf courses, marinas, shopping centres and restaurants are within a short distance; no specific journey times are provided.
The developer is inviting prospective buyers to request further information through the Mala Kai Resort website. The supplied information does not give a completion date, explain the terms behind the advertised starting price or identify which home types make up the six remaining properties.
