Privacy and cookies

How Costa Now handles site visits, enquiries, newsletter interest, analytics and advertising. Updated 25 October 2026.

Publisher and contact

Costa Now is published by Sevastian Belo, based in Spain. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests, contact sbmgamesbusiness@gmail.com.

Site operation and enquiries

Our hosting provider, Render, processes technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP/network information, browser/device information, requested pages, request times and error information. We use operational information to run, secure and troubleshoot the service.

If you email us or submit an advertising enquiry, we receive the information you provide. Advertising forms collect your email and, if supplied, your name, company and message. We use this information to respond and manage the enquiry. Enquiries are saved in our database. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the enquiry details to deliver a notification to our business inbox. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed.

Newsletter interest

Where a newsletter signup is available, we store your email, consent or subscription status, signup source and timestamps. A regular newsletter is being prepared; registration records your interest and does not promise an immediate daily email. You can ask to leave the list at any time by emailing the contact above. We do not sell the subscriber list.

Google Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics 4 is configured on this site. Analytics is off by default. We do not display an automatic Analytics consent prompt. It loads only if you open the settings below and choose “Accept analytics cookies”. Rejecting leaves Analytics disabled; you can read the publication without accepting. Analytics can process page visits, traffic sources, device/browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not send newsletter addresses or contact-form contents to Analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored locally in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies can last up to two years under Google’s defaults, subject to your browser’s controls. Use the settings button below to change your choice. Withdrawal stops further Analytics collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information Google has already received.

Google AdSense and advertising partners

Google AdSense is configured to support advertising on the publication; ad serving depends on Google’s approval and availability. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, similar technologies and information about prior visits to this and other sites to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted by your choices, personalise advertising. Data can include cookie identifiers, IP/network and device information, page context and ad interactions.

Google’s advertising consent message is configured for visitors covered by European consent requirements, including consent, rejection and detailed partner choices. Advertising choices are separate from Analytics choices. The consent interface identifies relevant purposes, vendors and their privacy information. Google may serve limited ads where supported if consent is not given.

Use “Ad privacy settings” when Google’s consent service is available. You can also manage personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center and your browser’s cookie controls. See how Google uses information from partner sites, Google’s privacy policy and advertising information.

Providers, links and international processing

Service providers include Render for hosting and storage, Resend for advertising-enquiry notifications when enabled, and Google for configured analytics, consent and advertising services. Licensed images can be delivered by the image host identified in their credits, which receives the technical request needed to load them. External source links have their own privacy practices. Providers operate internationally; their published privacy information explains processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, associated records and applicable obligations. Newsletter information is retained while you remain registered, subject to withdrawal and necessary suppression records. Operational and provider records follow the needs of the service and applicable provider settings.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, and withdraw consent. Email us to make a request; we may need proportionate information to confirm that it relates to you. If you are in Spain, you can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) about a data-protection concern.
