A charity event in San Pedro Alcántara on Sunday, 8 November, will raise funds for the inclusive team of Club Deportivo Recreativo San Pedro. Cortes Solidarios is due to begin at 10am on the town’s boulevard.
The programme includes performances by Juanjo Alcántara, Mimosín, Los Piratas Flamencos, Ana Soto, DJ Antonio Duarte and Scarlett, as well as an inflatable castle for children. Organiser Jorge Peña said food on offer would include callos, berzas and paella, and attendees would receive a tapa and beer free of charge. A member of his team will also provide scalp massages.
Club representative Antonio Ruiz Zambrana said the proceeds would help prepare a surprise for the players. The event is organised by Peña and is returning for another year.
