A charity quiz night at Bridges Bar on Monday 2 November will raise money for PADS, the Protectora de Animales Domesticos Mijas Costa animal rescue organisation. The event is scheduled to begin at 7pm.
Tickets cost €15 per person and include the quiz and a hot buffet. Organisers have planned three quiz rounds: general knowledge, music and a marathon quiz. Music and a raffle will also feature during the evening.
PADS will receive the proceeds raised at the event, according to the event information. The organisation runs a small shelter and works to rescue, care for and rehome animals in the area. The discovery report says shortages of food, veterinary care and donations can constrain the shelter’s work.
People can book individually or as a team by contacting Jack on 620 786 772. The event information does not specify a venue address, so attendees should confirm the location and any remaining availability when booking.
The fundraiser offers residents a chance to support local animal rescue through ticket sales and raffle participation. No fundraising target or expected attendance was provided.
