The Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia (BOJA) has published a new public call offering 265 properties owned by the Andalusia Housing and Rehabilitation Agency (AVRA). The properties are included in AVRA’s 2026 Annual Asset Disposal Programme. AVRA is attached to the Department of Housing, Youth and Territorial Planning. The offer covers land for residential and industrial use, as well as commercial premises, garages and storage units, available through public auction and tender. Together, the properties have a buildable area of 169,606 square metres and a starting value of €20.72 million. The offer includes residential land with capacity for 448 homes, industrial plots for business activity, and commercial premises, garages and storage units.
**Land for affordable housing**
Among the properties to be awarded by tender are 12 plots intended for affordable housing, with capacity for approximately 18 homes. Three are in Málaga’s historic centre and could accommodate nine homes; the other nine are in Casariche, Seville province, with capacity for another nine. Tender is used primarily for residential land intended for subsidised housing, while the remaining properties are handled through public auction.
**112 plots for industrial and business activity**
The call also includes 112 industrial plots, covering more than 119,000 square metres in total, with over 122,000 square metres of buildable area. They are spread across eight areas in the provinces of Almería, Cádiz, Jaén and Seville, in Serón, Medina Sidonia, Huelma, Villacarrillo, Alcalá la Real, Camas, Carmona and Alcalá de Guadaíra. The plots vary in size and are intended for business and industrial activities. In some locations, including Huelma, plots have been reorganised in advance to adjust their size to identified demand.
**Other residential land**
The public offer also includes 75 other residential plots across Andalusia’s eight provinces, with capacity for approximately 430 homes. This group includes 58 plots for detached homes, as well as land for larger developments. Examples include plots in Lubrín, Jerez de la Frontera, Córdoba, Fuente Vaqueros, Cartaya, Bonares, Cártama, Málaga, Brenes, La Rinconada and Lebrija. These plots are offered by public auction under the conditions, valuations and planning uses set out in each case file.
The call also covers 66 commercial premises, garages and storage units in eight municipalities in the provinces of Cádiz, Granada, Jaén and Seville. Garages are included in Cádiz, Loja, Granada, La Zubia, Peligros, Jaén and Seville; storage units in Peligros and Seville; and commercial premises in Guadix and Jaén. Some of these properties appeared in earlier calls but were not awarded, so their financial terms have been revised in some cases to reflect current market conditions.
**Deadline: 14 January**
Individuals and legal entities may submit offers from the day after the call’s publication in the BOJA until 14:00 on 14 January 2027. The Contracting Committee is scheduled to meet on 25 January to conduct the preliminary review of submitted documents. The public opening of financial bids is scheduled for 2 February 2027.
